1. Basic – Phone Assistance
Just fill out the form with your questions or concerns and we
will respond with an answer via e-mail or by phone and, if need
be attempt to simply assist you over the phone without connecting
to your PC.
2. Intermediate – We connect to your computer
over the Internet and see what the problem, issue or question
is, and then show you how to resolve it. This service requires
Windows 98 or higher and a high-speed Internet connection.
3. Advanced – We go on location to diagnose the
problem, resolve the issue and/or teach you how to solve it
yourself in the future.
